BM (Bapuji Memorial) Association was founded in 1958 by a visionary KV Krishnan and his wife KV Seetha. They spearheaded the initial stages of the school with only a handful of students. They were influential figures in education and had previously worked with the Theosophical Society in Madras.

Under the capable leadership of founder chairman KSV Subramanyam and then principal Dr. Rajesh Subramanyam, the ICSE campus was established and affiliated to the Council of the Indian School Certificate Examination Board (ICSE) in 2012. Today, the school proudly carries on its legacy while embracing new educational paradigms under the guidance of its current management, P&B Ed Tech Solutions ®, led by Dr. Prashant Fernandes and his team, including Ms. Bhavya and Ms. Roshni.
